Breakdown Guarantee terms and conditions
Once all the repairs that were recommended during the tune-up are performed, if the air conditioner breaks down the summer after the repairs were made, the repair will be made at no charge. I understand that “Acts of God”, heat exchangers, compressors, refrigerant leaks and animal damage are not covered under the No Breakdown Guarantee. Any items marked yellow or red that are not addressed today may also void the No Breakdown Guarantee.
